Hair & Hair Care

II. Hair Care:The condition of the hair reflects to some extent the nutritional status and general health of the body. Deficiency in diet, physical and mental illnessalso unhygieness creates hair problem.The care of the hair consists in regular wash with shampooing. For women, thrice a week washing may suffice, as daily washing is cumbersome. Massaging the scalp is another useful procedure. It is a sort of passive exercise. It stimulates the blood flow and improve the nutrition of the hair. Oils are easy absorbed by the skin. Once a week an oil Soak with coconut or almond oil is recommended, massage the scalp with finger tips. Combing the hair in propre manner also improves blood circulation. Good scalp hygiene prevents skin infections such as dandruff, boils etc.Conditioning helps from hair damage it should be done twice a month. Avoid the usage of strong cosmetic.

Types Of Hair :-
Normal Hair, Oily Hair, Dry Hair.
