Beauty Care

Physical health is an important component of total health.It includes different parts of the body :-Such as the skin, hair, teeth, eyes, ears, hands, feet, rest & sleep, exercise recreation& posture, respiratory, cardio vascular and other parts of the body.

Skin And Skin Care :-Skin is one of the most intrinsic organ of the body. It performs many important functions like coverning of unbrokrn skin is impervious to air, dust, bacteria and water and protects from all these.It also eliminates waste matter, regulates and maintains body temperature. The thickness and sensitivity of skin varies depending upon the part it covers. The skin has three layers Epidermis, Dermis, Hypodermis.

I. Types Of Skin :
Normal Skin, Oily Skin, Hydrate & Dehydrate Skin, Sensitive Skin.

Skin Care :
Regular Bath, Oil Bath, Balanced Diet, Mosquito Net, Protective Clothing,Cosmetics.

II. Hair Care:The condition of the hair reflects to some extent the nutritional status and general health of the body. Deficiency in diet, physical and mental illnessalso unhygieness creates hair problem.The care of the hair consists in regular wash with shampooing. For women, thrice a week washing may suffice, as daily washing is cumbersome. Massaging the scalp is another useful procedure. It is a sort of passive exercise. It stimulates the blood flow and improve the nutrition of the hair. Oils are easy absorbed by the skin. Once a week an oil Soak with coconut or almond oil is recommended, massage the scalp with finger tips. Combing the hair in propre manner also improves blood circulation. Good scalp hygiene prevents skin infections such as dandruff, boils etc.Conditioning helps from hair damage it should be done twice a month. Avoid the usage of strong cosmetic.

Types Of Hair :-
Normal Hair, Oily Hair, Dry Hair.
